Until November 10, 2003 when a news story published in the Indianapolis Star told about an unclaimed "Jesse Doe" who had gone unclaimed since August 2003.Many individuals, and agencies joined forces and together helped find out that Jesse Doe did have a family.He is the father of 2 children, Jessica Marcum of Columbus, OH and Larry Marcum, of Portsmouth, OH.He is also survived by brothers; Jonathan, Joseph and Noah Marcum,sisters; Jackie Muko, Janet Cooper, Nilene Kinser, Rhoda Caldwell and Judy Maynard.Donations may by made in Jesse’s memory to:Healthnet Homeless Initiative Program, 1835 N.
